IBPS Clerk Recruitment – Eligibility Criteria 2022

Education Qualification

Below, we are going to discuss the educational qualification for IBPS Clerk Exam 2022.

1. Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent.
2. Candidate should work knowledge of computer systems.
3. Candidates should be proficient enough to talk in the official language of the State and Union Territory.
4. The candidate should know the official language of the applied state.

Age Limit

Candidate age should be between 20 and 28 years on both dates inclusive 2022 Age relaxation will be provided to the candidates under reserved categories as per the government rules.

Age Relaxation:

SC/ST – 5 Years

OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)– 3 Years

PWD – 10 Years

Widows, Divorced women & women legally separated from their husbands who have not remarried – 9 years

Persons ordinarily domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir – 5 years

Persons affected by 1984 riots – 5 years

Application Form For IBPS Clerk 2022

IBPS Clerk Application Form

Application Fee: The application fee for IBPS Clerk Exam 2022 is Rs. 600 for General Category Candidates. For SC/ST/PWD and Ex-Servicemen Category, the application fee is Rs. 100. The application payment mode is online only. Candidates can pay fees through net banking or debit/credit card.

Selection Procedure IBPS Clerk Exam 2022

The selection procedure for IBPS Clerk is divided into 2 parts:

• Step 1: Preliminary Examination (100 Marks) (Objective Type)
• Step 2: Main Examination (200 Marks) (Objective Type)

Note: There is no interview in the recruitment process of IBPS clerk. 100% weight-age will be given to the marks obtained in the main exam by the candidates. Marks obtained in the main exam will be considered only for the final selection. The marks obtained in the preliminary examination will not be added for the selection.

Cut Off Marks IBPS Clerk Exam

A minimum benchmark score will be decided by the IBPS on the basis of which deserving candidates are shortlisted. Candidates who score equal to or above the cut-off marks in the preliminary exam will be eligible for the main exam.
