IBPS PO exam is divided into two stages + Interview round. First of all, It conducts Preliminary Round and then Mains Round. The interview process happens at the final stage.

Candidates who will qualify in the preliminary examination and be shortlisted will have to appear for the Main exam and shortlisted candidates in the main examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organisations and coordinated by the Nodal Bank.
