JIPMER Nursing Officer Exam Pattern

• The Exam Will be of Online Written Type (CBT).
• The Exam Will be of Total 100 Question for Each Correct Answer will get 4 Marks.
• The Time Duration of Exam will be 1 1⁄2 hours (90 Minutes).
• The Question Paper Will be of English Language Only.
• There Will be a Negative Marking of -1 Mark.

Note : There shall be no skill test for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil), Junior Engineer

• Reasoning: Questions will be asked from analogies, similarities, and differences, spatial visualization, spatial orientation, problem-solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetic reasoning, verbal and figure, Non-Verbal Reasoning.
• General English: Passage, Preposition, Correction of sentences, active-passive voice, direct indirect sentences, Verbs/Tense/Non Finite, Punctuation, Substituting phrasal verbs for expression, Synonyms, and Antonyms, Use of an adjective, Compound preposition, Determiners, Use of pronouns.
• Quantitative Aptitude: Questions will be asked from Simplification, Average, Percentage, Time & Work, Area, profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Time & Speed, Investment, HCF LCM, Problem On Ages, Bar Graph, Pictorial Graph, Pie Chart. Candidates need to be focused on the Basics of Mathematics & Simplification.
• General Awareness: Question will be asked from Indian History, Indian Polity, Current Events, Geography, Economy, etc. The focus will be on Current national & International events, banking, sports, special reference to Banking Industry, etc.
