SRTMUN Rules and Procedure for Grievance Redressal
- If any candidate has any complaint regarding the marks awarded He/she can apply for complaint from the photocopies of the answer sheets applied for redress to the University through the Principal of your College in the prescribed form within 5 days from the date of issue of photocopy of answer sheet by the University. Candidates will be eligible to apply for grievance redressal of a maximum of two answer sheets of the immediately preceding examination(s).
- The prescribed application form is made available by the University at present at the cost of Rs.10/- perform.
- Candidates can apply for grievance redressal for two letters through a single application Form.
- An application for grievance redressal in respect of assessment shall be accompanied by a Non-refundable fee of Rs. 250/- for professional courses and Rs. 150/- for non-professional courses, per paper. Such applications shall be submitted along with the fee concerned college.
- Changes in the above marks, if any, will be intimated to the examinee through appropriate notification will be there and the same will be final and binding on the candidate.
- In such cases, the revised statement of marks will be given to the examinee only: To hand over the original statement of your marks to the same college from which he/she has previously submitted the prescribed application form through the concerned Principal, who will receive the acknowledgment while releasing the revised statement of marks and get the basic details of marks from the candidate which will be sent by University Principal.
