As you know capf exam recruitment the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is going to conduct an examination for recruitment of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police & Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) and Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF at different locations across the country. SSC SI CAPF Selection Process 2022

First of all, let us discuss the SSC SI CAPF selection procedure. It consists of 3 steps:

• Written Test (Paper-1)  – Objective Type (200 Marks)
• Physical Endurance Test (PET), PST and Medical Test
• Written Test (Paper-2) – Objective Type (200 Marks)

NOTE:- The Candidates qualifying for the Written Test (Paper 1) will only be eligible to sit for the next subsequent Exams i.e., PET, PST, and Medical Test. All the candidates who clear the PET, PST, and Medical Test will be allowed to appear in Written Test (Paper 2) examination.

SSC SI CAPF  2022 Paper 1 Exam Pattern

• Exam Type: Objective type
• Number of Questions: 50 questions
• Total Marks: 200 marks
• Exam Duration: 2 hours
• Negative Marking: Yes,  For every wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted.

SSC SI CAPF Paper 1 Exam consists of 4 sections which are given below:

1. General Intelligence and Reasoning
2. General Awareness
3. Quantitative Aptitude
4. English Comprehension

Physical Endurance Test / PET (CAPF Posts)

Physical Endurance Test (PET) is qualifying in nature and this test will not carry any marks and will not constitute to overall marks of the exam. This exam is still necessary to clear for the further selection procedure.

Medical Test

Medical Test is an important part of the overall recruitment process after Paper 1 and candidates must clear this exam to move ahead towards paper-2. Below are the checks that are performed during the Medical Examination of the candidate:

• EyeSight – The minimum distant vision should be 6/6 or 6/9 without specs.
• The candidate should have high color vision.
• Furthermore, the Candidate must not have knocked their knee, flat foot, or squint in their eyes.
• The mental and Physical conditions of the candidate must be good.

SSC SI CAPF Paper 2 Exam Pattern 2022

SSC SI CAPF Paper 2 Exam will consist of English Language and Comprehension. This paper too will consist of 200 questions carrying 200 marks. The duration of the SI CAPF Paper 2 will be 2 hours. Here also the negative marking will be 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. Paper 2 will be an objective-type exam and the question paper will be set in English only.
